The Learning Management System (LMS) is a training resource for all employees throughout the Company, where you can build and expand skill sets that will help you in current roles or future ones. Each month, we will be featuring a selected training module to help you learn about different workplace topics. The LMS site can be accessed anywhere and anytime in the menu on myMohawk under "Learning (LMS)."
If you use Outlook every day, you're likely spending time checking your calendar, reading and writing emails, or scheduling meetings. But there are a few more Outlook functions that can make your day easier and save time.
The LMS has several videos reviewing the different functions in Outlook. Check out the training below for an easy way to share notes after meetings.
Working with the Calendar in Outlook 2016: Share Meeting Notes Using OneNote – Outlook 2016 integrates seamlessly with OneNote, which is one way to help you easily share the notes you have taken during a meeting with the other meeting attendees.
This video can be accessed via Employee Central using single sign-on with that log-in. Once you are in Employee Central, go to the Learning page on the main drop-down menu to access training resources. On the Learning page, go to the "Find Learning" search bar halfway down the right side of the homepage. Type in the title of the video above and click "Go." Your video options will show up in the search results.
